While the day wasn’t successful on the field yesterday for Pitt, it was off the field in terms of the number of recruits that the program hosted for 2019 Homecoming.

In terms of numbers, it was the largest group of players that the Pitt program hosted this season for a home game. As we’re starting to learn, a large number of these players consisted of local players and also players in the Class of 2021.

Here are some of the players that were at Heinz Field on Saturday. We’ll update this list as we learn of more names.

*Jack Pugh, 2021 3-star defensive end from Hilliard Bradley High School in Hilliard, Ohio. Pugh (6’5″, 235) holds offers from Pitt, Iowa State, Indiana, Akron, Bowling Green, Toledo and Kent State.
